July brought Us the Joy of the Badgers to our Trail Cam It was wonderful when two Badgers entered the Clearing where our Trail cam was located. Previously in June we had one fleeting gimps of a Badger proving that Badgers still exist in Maximus Wood. There is a Man made Disused Badger sett in Maximus Wood and everyone thought there were no more Badgers living in the Woodland. This is not the case as our Camera has picked them up. Though the Badgers are not using the man made Sett for Obvious reasons as it has been placed slap bang next to a busy foot path in the wood. Don't know what the Council were thinking building it in such a daft place. The Badgers were clearly not impressed with it so Built there own Elsewhere within Easy access of the Woodland.
